​I scheduled a free inspection on their website, and no one showed up. I called to see if someone was on their way, but no one answered, so I left a message. I received a text shortly after stating they saw the missed call and wanted to know how they could help. I responded detailing that I had a scheduled inspection and no one showed, and that I have a small roof repair that I would like an estimate for. I sent pictures of the spots as well.​They never responded to me after that. I don't know why they have a scheduling assistant on their website if they don't pay attention to it. I also don't know why they advertise "no job too big or small" and then completely ignore potential customers. I'm very put off by this and will be contacting someone else who will actually fix my roof. Very disappointed.

Called for an estimate 3 missing edge tile an some broken tiles in the center of my garage roof. Came right out gave an estimate that was wayyyyy better than another company. The job was done by 1 PM the same day. Will do business with this local ROC licensed/bonded company again should the need arise. Ricardo was very honest and explained everything including providing photos.

Great experience. Ricardo came out the same day I called him and completed his inspection. Just two days later, my repair was finished. He provided before-and-after photos, explained everything in detail, and never tried to upsell me on anything. He only recommended annual inspections, which I appreciated.The price was extremely reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding — something that’s hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be working with him again for any future roofing repairs or projects. Highly recommend!

Called these guys for a roof leak. They were the first bidders, and gave me what I thought was a pretty fair bid. I had a few other companies come by and all they wanted to do was sell me a new roof. Rick and his crew had a scope of work that exceeded my expectations, and they delivered. I got my roof leak fixed and my patio reflashed, at a very reasonable price. If you're having roof problems, make sure to give these guys a call before you go with a big company.

Ricardo came out and did a roof inspection on my two-story home. I feel like he did a thorough inspection and gave a fair evaluation with honest recommendations. He did not try to pressure me into a new roof, although I'm grateful to know where I stand on that. My biggest concern was the condition of the back porch, and he had the same concern (without me even telling him). He was friendly to me and my wife, and showed me lots of pictures of my roof showing what was going well and what needed help. I also learned that Ricardo's dad was a roofer, and he grew up working with his dad on roofs - which I thought was really great!
