The team was great! I needed to move items left over after an estate sale to a storage unit the same day the sale ended. Meaning I didn't know for sure what all had to be moved. The administrative team was understanding and flexible so I could be confident about what to do if there was a lot or a little left to move. The moving team pivoted very well from a furniture focus to an on the spot small item wrap and pack job. They were quick professional and protected everything even when it started pouring rain.

Beginning with the initial experience communicating with Heather, Leasing Consultant, who thoroughly explained the process and eased my concerns of the company's efficiency and care during a residential property move.The crew members arrived on time and toured the property to assess the job and strategically laid out their plan of action. They were courteous, professional, and engaged. Their 10 hour performance was second to none as the number of items to be moved were huge. Throughout the process text messages were received from Victor, Operations Manager, to check on his crew and how things were going (apologies, I do not have their individual names). They were the best team ever.I highly recommend Great Job Moving and Storage to anyone who wants a professional, efficient, and quality residential move.

Ronaldo and Bismark were amazing from start to finish. They worked hard all day, took great care of our furniture, and made the entire move so much easier than we expected. They were professional, respectful, and always had a great attitude, even after a long day.
