Met with Uday for my sons hearing appoinment. Very professional and patient with our 8 yr old son. Took the time to explain what he was about to do and check it was OK to proceed with our son before carrying out the tests. Uday continually reassured our son he was doing well making our son feel comfortable throughout testing. Uday also took the time to explain the results to me in a way that made sense instead of rushing through the process.

Dr Uday was very thorough. He explained in detail the ear way removal procedure and showed images along the way of the procedure. He took the time to show diagrams after the treatment to better explain to me how the ear functions and discussed how best to manage my issues. Would highly recommend and will be back!
