10/10 experience. I won’t be going anywhere else for help. Rich was timely, quick, and made the whole project effortless. He installed a 100 lb heavy bag from my garage ceiling, and after a week of use, I’d feel totally comfortable hanging even a 200 lb bag if I ever wanted. This thing isn’t going anywhere!

I had a side of my trailer come off due to the severe winds recently and was clueless to how to fix it (other than clipping on some tarp to keep away further damage from the rain.)I contacted him the night of this event and he came over the next day to fix it up and he reinforced all the sidings in that area like I asked and went above and beyond to make sure my whole trailer was throughly reinforced.He has helped with some other projects in my home and has always been kind, professional and honest during the process, and that in itself is so appreciated if you're clueless like I am with DIY projects. Rich was friendly, responsive and honest. I needed assistance with an outdoor faucet that failed and he responded to my inquiry through his website quickly. Although he wouldn’t be able to schedule me in for a few days, he offered immediate assistance if my short term fix doesn’t hold up. He was also upfront with fees before we confirmed our appointment. Unfortunately, the issue needed to be fixed by a licensed plumber, which we knew was a possibility. Rich ended up helping with miscellaneous quick projects to make the 2-hours of the time he was at my house worth while. Wow! Wow! Wow! We were so impressed with the work Top Shelf completed in our home. We had 2 projects to complete that ended up pretty specialized. We weren’t sure WHO exactly to call because they required cabinetry work and installation of special appliances. We called Top shelf and explained the work. We brainstormed ways to achieve what we needed. Rich was very professional and had great ideas and then implemented his plan. We were super happy with the results. They are more than just a “handyman” service! Rich did a lot of carpentry work in addition to very complicated appliance installations. I recently hired Top Shelf Handyman, Rich Morris, to install a new microwave and a tricky dishwasher. Showed up when he said he would (which is an anomaly for some small businesses), did the work as promised and at the promised price. He put the same attention to detail into his work as I would have done - very unusual and refreshing to find a handyman of this high caliber. Reached out to Top Shelf for a few punch list items I needed addressed for a project we had just finished up, as an out of state contractor it was not going to be cost effective to send someone to take care of theses last minute add-ons for the owners. Rich called me back right away, I spoke to him about the scope of work and he was able to fit it in same day. His pricing was more than fair and he sent completion photos of the finished work. Rich is a gem of a human! I immediately felt at ease having in my home, which is hard to come by. Rich is patient and will kindly walk you through all of your questions and concerns. He is also an excellent collaborator. He offered great suggestions to the various items that I was not sure of how to proceed with. Rich worked on a reasonable time line, showed up when he said he would (hello reliable!) and provided a daily recap of what had been accomplished and what was next. If you have been putting off taking care of that laundry list of items that keep piling up, just call Rich. By the time you'd gather the materials and watch all of the YT videos on how to fix every little thing, you could have called Rich and been done with it. I cannot recommend him enough!
