Sam is extremely skilled, professional and diligent. He shows up on time, works expeditiously and goes above and beyond to help with any additional issues. For instance, I asked him to opine on my front door which did not open and close smoothly. He quickly assessed it, brought a few tools out from his toolbox or should I say magic box and fixed the door hinge. He did not even charge me for it.
