Over the last 20 years, we have done improvements and overhauled most of the living spaces here. One of our latest projects was trying to finally tackle the water issues and the old sewer lines under our basement floor. We have run into problem after problem, and until we met Shane and his crew with DS3 Solutions, we were feeling pretty hopeless and disillusioned about all of the plumbers and contractors we had met with. We had fully remodeled our basement area and created a beautiful living space, only to have it completely destroyed multiple times by ground water seeping in and sewage backing up. We brought in various plumbers and contractors, and it felt like every one of them just wanted to take shortcuts and put bandaids on our very serious issues. Up until Shane, we were feeling pretty hopeless about ever properly repairing and finishing this space once and for all.The care and respect that Shane treats his customers with is beyond anything I’ve ever seen or experienced in 30 years of homeowning. I finally feel like this house that we have landed in (and will stay in forever!) is being taken care of like it should have been from the beginning. Absolutely horrible customer service. They installed our window in July and left the exterior of window with exposed gaps and foam sealant near the ground level risking water infiltration. When I spoke to DS3 about concern, they said they’ll come following day late afternoon to fix exterior. Never called or came. They only limit warranty for window. Go with another company.

Shane and his team did a great job for a project I needed done. They did drain tile installation for me and some crack filing in foundation walls. They also added dimple board in case I ever have leaks again on the walls insuring it would get down to the drain tile. They go above and beyond to get the job done. They are very professional and super responsive and left the job site extremely clean. Shane is a great guy and I will go to him with all my water management needs in the future. Thanks guys, hope to not need you anytime soon, but will reach out whenever you are needed!

I can't recommend DS3 Solutions highly enough. We discovered mold in our basement due to years of hydrostatic water pressure under the floor pushing water up and into the walls. Unfortunately, the existing drain tile had failed and ultimately needed to be removed and replaced around the perimeter and under the entire basement floor. A massive project. Note the photos, including one where you can see the non-load-bearing walls hanging from the ceiling because they dug 10 inches below the floor level to install the new drain tile throughout, backfill with gravel then replace the concrete floor. PLUS, they excavated the exterior including replacing a rotting timber retaining wall with a beautiful stone wall using boulders from the property. Amazing work. Needless to say, our basement is now dry, mold free and extremely comfortable. Thank you Shane and team!
