Absolutely horrible customer service. They installed our window in July and left the exterior of window with exposed gaps and foam sealant near the ground level risking water infiltration. When I spoke to DS3 about concern, they said they’ll come following day late afternoon to fix exterior. Never called or came. They only limit warranty for window. Go with another company.

Shane and his team did a great job for a project I needed done. They did drain tile installation for me and some crack filing in foundation walls. They also added dimple board in case I ever have leaks again on the walls insuring it would get down to the drain tile. They go above and beyond to get the job done. They are very professional and super responsive and left the job site extremely clean. Shane is a great guy and I will go to him with all my water management needs in the future. Thanks guys, hope to not need you anytime soon, but will reach out whenever you are needed!

I can't recommend DS3 Solutions highly enough. We discovered mold in our basement due to years of hydrostatic water pressure under the floor pushing water up and into the walls. Unfortunately, the existing drain tile had failed and ultimately needed to be removed and replaced around the perimeter and under the entire basement floor. A massive project. Note the photos, including one where you can see the non-load-bearing walls hanging from the ceiling because they dug 10 inches below the floor level to install the new drain tile throughout, backfill with gravel then replace the concrete floor. PLUS, they excavated the exterior including replacing a rotting timber retaining wall with a beautiful stone wall using boulders from the property. Amazing work. Needless to say, our basement is now dry, mold free and extremely comfortable. Thank you Shane and team!
