Ark plus his team George and Paulie have been the best support to my husband & I while we've spent the past year on major fixes to our house.The team have dug out concrete and earth trenches to lay almost 80 of new stormwater piping, fixed our dripping evaporative cooler, installed new drains, added kitchen filtration units, put cameras down sewer lines, changed garden taps, figured out water leaks, identified mystery gas lines, investigated bathroom leaks, and advised me just as much on what DIDN'T need doing as what did, when I should ring insurance, inspected our roofing and so many other jobs -> all while giving me so much patience, kindness and methodical explanations throughout. It's been a stressful year owning this house (to put it mildly) and I honestly don't know where we'd be without Ark's knowledge and support. Thank you for being the plumber I never knew I'd need!!

Ark was recommended by a friend. Our toilet was leaking and the first plumber advised that we needed a replacement toilet. But when he didn't get back to us, we contacted Ark. Ark purchased a replacement part and fixed the leak (at a fraction of the price for a replacement toilet). While he was here, he fixed our shower tap and replaced another tap in the laundry. Ark was professional, on time & communicated with us as he was doing the work. We understood what he was doing; all our plumbing issue were fixed in a few hours. We used Watermate Plumbing for our two bathrooms project and Arkin was fantastic from day one. Arkin was very helpful and gave us great advice in upgrading our bathrooms.The hardest part for our project was choosing the right people and I am glad we peaked Watermate Plumbing as they made it easy for us and completed the job in a very short time. They were very careful and left our house very clean which is very rare these days. The quality of their work was excellent. Arkin is a great person to deal with and I will definitely use him again.

While digging out our front yard our landscaper went through our water main and old stormwater ceramic pipe, (which was to be expected). Arc and his team replaced the mains water that day and over the next 2 days replaced the ceramic storm water pipe. The team were courteous and professional and kept me up to date on their progress. They left the site clean and ready for my landscaper to continue his work.
