I had Solar Stan come to clean, remove nest and install a bird guard around my panels. They went beyond expectations. The birds really left havoc and they had to stay longer (a lot longer). Quality work, quality communication, elite guys doing elite work. Truly worth the money: I recommend them and will use them again for future projects.

I don’t usually write reviews… but this one earned it.I had a full-on pigeon situation under my solar panels—like VIP penthouse living for birds, complete with daily “deliveries” down my roof, over the gutters, and straight onto my driveway and walkways. Not exactly the vibe you want when your house is supposed to be your sanctuary.I’ll be honest—when I got the quote from Solar Stan, my first thought was: “I can probably DIY this for way cheaper.” Then I pictured myself spending an entire weekend crawling around on a sloped roof, questioning my life choices… and decided to call in the pros.Very glad I did.The install quality was seriously impressive. The wire mesh they used is super rigid and strong—not some flimsy afterthought—and the attachment method is rock solid. What really stood out was the attention to detail, especially around the inside and outside corners. You can tell they took their time and did it right, not just fast.And they didn’t just block the birds—they handled the aftermath like pros too. They fully cleaned and disinfected everything: roof, panels, downspouts, walkways… all the lovely places pigeon chaos had touched. That alone was worth it. Solar Stan solved our very serious pigeon problem. They were thorough and professional, and they left our roof and yard clean and odor free. Since completing the job they have checked back with me several times to see if any pigeons had returned. We have generally been pigeon free, but recently we did have a few birds return briefly, and then move on. When Solar Stan learned this, they let us know they would come back and check our roof. They are living up to their promise of guaranteeing that we remain free of pigeons.

We live in Bend OR and have them on a regular contract to clean our solar panels and gutters. they put up our outdoor holiday lights (my days on tall ladders are done), we had them do a pumpkin display for Halloween, and they have power washed our tile deck. All done very professionally, on time, and high quality. They deck washing is a great example - they didn't get it quite clean the first time (hard to tell if clean when wet) but they came back a second time to make it right.

Solar Stan quoted us a fair price for pigeon removal, solar panel cleaning and adding bird spikes. Our pigeon problem had gotten out of hand and they cleaned up 50 lbs of pigeon poop, removed dead birds from under our panels and cleaned off the roof and gutters. I met Sarah with Solar Stan at my neighbors house. They came over and showed us bad the pigeons had roosted under our solar panels. They gave us a bid, came out and it took a day and half to clean up, put netting around all our solar panels. They did a great job and the pigeons are finally gone. They are coming back this week to make sure they are gone. I would highly recommend them.
