Cody arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. I had hired them to clean out my dryer vent and it turned out the catchment on the outside of my home was the only thing clogged so he only charged me the consulting fee. He made sure to answer all of my questions. Very friendly, excellent service--I would recommend them and use their services again!

Our experience with Chuck was extremely good. He took the time to explain all our concerns and answer all our questions. He was thorough in what he checked. He gave us reassurances on our system and expressed to us the things we needed to do moving forward. Definitely will work with Pristine Air Services again and definitely happy with the result.
