I realized our A/C was not cooling down the house during this last bust of heat we got. I called a company whose ad I had seen that appeared to have honest, high reviews. The scheduler I called said they were pretty booked up due to the heat, but would try to work us in. I got a call back from a repairman, Chuck, who come later that day.After much time spent in 91° heat assessing why the motor wasn't clicking on, he said it had to be replaced. He explained all of the details to me and that he would see if their supplier had the same model in stock. The company called back to say they had located one, would pick it up, and the same repairman would make it a point to come and install it the next day!Given the circumstances, I felt Pristine went over and above what many companies would do in order to please us, to make sure we understood the problem, and to make our home comfortabe again.Thank you Chuck & the team!Beverly
