Just moved into my house and knew the vents desperately needed to be cleaned. I found Pristine Air Services on Yelp and gave them a call. The man who answered (his name escapes me, my apologies) was very friendly. He let me know their pricing, about their running deals, and was able to get me set up for an appointment a week later. Cody came out and was awesome! He was so friendly, answered all my questions, left no mess, and made some suggestions for some other things we may need to get done for our furnace. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, their customer service is top notch, not to mention they’re efficient and priced well!

Always skeptical about HVAC companies. We had a new system installed 2 years ago and was worried it was never setup properly as it is always running. Little did I know the new high efficiency systems do this to keep the home at the same temp instead of the old way of fluctuating a few degrees before turning on. However, Chuck, our technician noticed our intake is smaller than what the new system should have installed. We discussed different options of increasing the size and settled on a mutual fix.This is the first time I've had an HVAC tech show up and NOT automatically hook up their pressure gauges which causes refrigerant loss. Koodos to you Chuck for listening and looking at the system before doing anything.Pristine Air has got it right with Chuck and I will definitely be their customer moving forward!

I called requesting tune up service on an existing HVAC system and dryer vent clean out in a new home I purchased. I was given an appointment for the next day. They gave me a promotional pricing I did not know about as well as a new promotional discount on top. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. The technician, Cody, could not have been more knowledgeable. When he evaluated the dryer vent he informed me it was clean and did not need service. He took it off the bill! I definitely recommend Pristine Air Services.
