We recently had a replacement electric shower fitted by Ben, a plumber from Broadtown, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, carried out the installation efficiently, and completed the work to a very high standard. The new shower works perfectly, and we're really pleased with the result.What impressed us most was how tidy they were throughout the job. They took great care to keep everything clean and left the bathroom spotless when they finished. I highly recommend Ben. He’s quick to respond, approachable, and friendly. I called Ben when I was home alone and the shower decided to flood BIG TIME in the bathroom and the room below. He arrived quickly, solved the problem and respected our home by tidying up immaculately. I was a lady in distress and Ben was my knight in shining armor!
