My experience seemed shady. The technician arrived seemed disinterested in the job. Came to the door with no tools. He tried to get me to switch to a different product. Ultimately, he tried to quote me a different amount, which felt like an attempt to price me out of him having to do the job and then couldn't get out fast enough when I declined.
