The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Wait times are short even during busy periods. The car park is petite and bijou, so parking anything bigger than a small town car can be a nuisance, as can accessing and exiting during busy times. I tend to park around the corner and walk the short distance, which is no inconvenience.

I had occasion to visit this pharmacy very near to closing time today as we had run out of caresence lancets & I urgently needed some to test my Type 1 diabetic daughters ketone levels as she is.unwell at present. Unlike the 1st pharmacy I tried (well pharmacy paighton) where I met a most unhelpful & bombastic pharmacist I believe I have ever come across in my life.By comparison the lady at this pharmacy was more than helpful despite the fact she was due to close shortly. If you live in the paighton area or are on holiday & you find yourself in need of help I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough.Thank you for your help in our hour of need

Karen and her team are amazing! They don’t get enough good credit! Karen has always been amazing with my son and his tonsillitis, tonsils now removed! Yay!!!Karen takes time to explain and the pharmacy would be lost without her!!! My self and children are often at mayfield due to ill health! Keep up the good work team!!!
