Six week induction was great as I was able to try out all the different training sessions.Trainers are excellent and makes you feel very welcome as does the other members. I love Abfab so much. Every class is different. The coaches are so knowledgeable, but are also so very relatable. They support you every step of the way. My favourite thing about the classes is all I have to do is turn up. I don’t have to plan my own workouts, and I know I will be pushed to achieve what I want. 6 weeks ago I joined the AbFabFit Club with trepidation. I had not exercised in any form since 2017 when I had an accident which I allowed to affect everything I did. Even leaving the house was a challenge. I was so scared of hurting myself again or probably worse making an absolute fool of myself. I wasn't sure what to expect but they have been fantastic. Everyone is so supportive and kind. I have found a new happy place. I can't tell you what a difference it has made to my confidence. I started at AbFabFit a couple of years ago due to wanting to get back into doing some fitness with my partner. Since that time I have not only loved the classes, motivation from the coaches but what stands out more is the community or really the friends I have made since joining. I worked in gyms myself for 11yrs prior to my current job and I’ve never know anything like it. I’m currently unable to go due to undergoing numerous operations and miss it immensely but the ladies at AbFabFit and the staff are constantly checking in on me, giving me and my partner loads of support through quite a difficult time. I enjoyed my 6 week programme at AbFab so much that I’ve signed up for the year! It’s the first gym I’ve been to where I am motivated to go - I never thought I’d be up and at the gym at 6.30am let alone enjoying it! Everyone has been really friendly and you soon get to know people. There is variety in the workouts and I’ve yet to do the same one twice. As others have said, this is a friendly, supportive gym that welcomes all ages and all abilities. I hadn’t embraced regular exercise for many years and like many was apprehensive about starting again but there was no need to worry. The classes are always different and adaptations can be made if you need them (and boy do I need them!) so there are no excuses to not fully participate. They also provide nutritional guidance to support the training. I still have a way to go on my journey but I’m more than happy to continue at my own pace with the support of AbFab and it’s super-duper coaches and members. Give it a whirl! Less

Why oh why did I not join this gym sooner! I was certain I was destined to put weight on after the menopause struck. Since joining I have lost body fat and gained muscle. My fitness has greatly improved, and i actually look forward to every workout. I have suffered from an ongoing back issue, and exercises are scaled to support any problems we may have. Having lived in Stortford for 16years and not having children, has made it hard for me to socialise as I am self employed and spend little time at home. However finding Abfab has boosted my self esteem and spirits in particular. My eating habits have changed and I find the website very helpful with tips on dishes, eating etc...I can honestly say I have never experienced such a well thought out set up. I only joined in March and SO look forward to the classes, never knowing what we are going to do, who I shall see and how I can challenge myself.! I have made lots of friends and there is always a buzz, so much laughter and chatter. The added bonus of the Inbody machine which measures your weight, BMI, protein, muscle mass monitors your body fat and you can keep a record of your history on your phone is just mindblowing and informative. I so wish I could come every day but its not possible. I LOVE Sundays, the atmosphere is electric, everyone actually looks forward to the classes and that is also down to the fun, strict, helpful coaches. They are lovely lovely gals, very encouraging and always smiling. My hat goes off to Jaine and her team for coming up with such a Fab idea. It works beautifully. I have been a member of AbFab fit club now for nearly 2 years - I joined to get fitter and to try to improve my strength due to arthritic knee's. I was struggling to walk down hills or stairs as my knee’s would give way.My aim was to avoid surgery if I could - although I had a period following knee surgery that I couldn't continue my fitness journey since I returned Aug 24 I have found myself consistently attending four times a week.Although I am overweight I have never felt judged or uncomfortable attending AbFab and have felt the support of the coaches is amazing. They give alternatives if you cant do a specific exercise which I did need due to my knee issues - however overtime I can do most exercises when I attend sessions.Weight loss is slow for me but I am loosing weight and this was not my main focus initially; however if this is your focus the support is there. As a woman who is going through menopause the support with Abfab has been brilliant. I would recommend this to any women who is looking to get fit, get support not just from the coaches but also all the wonderful female members - this truely is a real community!! Less

I never thought I would say the words “ I love this gym” but I have said it since I have joined AbFab! The trainers are amazing and the classes are actually fun. I have never known a gym class go so quickly. The classes are usually small and the trainers take the time to go round and correct you if you aren’t doing the exercise correctly. Even with the online classes the trainers are amazing at explaining the exercises and how to get the best out of each one. After my initial 6 weeks program I decided to join the gym as I could see myself how my body had changed shape in that short time. The office staff are great too as they are always checking in on you and if you have a question they message back really quickly. I would 100% recommend this gym - you won’t regret joining! Less

I was a bit nervous to start as I have never even joined a gym before and my first class was difficult and it made me realise how unfit I was! I was really nervous about joining having joined gyms and not made much progress. My mind was put at rest by friends who attended and the instructors were so kind at my first session. The classes are really well instructed and the instructor will help you or provide alternative exercises if you have an injury. I've been really impressed with the whole process; the classes are varied with lots of like minded women all enthusiastically taking part. I was very reluctant to excercise. But needed to lose weight. My friend joined and was doing well. I have not regretted my decision, I feel so much fitter, lost weight.
