Excellent service. If you want to pass the Florida State Contractors License exam, I highly recommend 1 Exam Prep. Without their help and their program I would have never passed on first attempt. Passing rate with Florida DBPR is 50%. The test is hard and very tricky. Follow their highlighting, tab placement and procedures on how to search for the answers to the questions. Getting past the three exams that Florida requires to become a contractor is an extremely daunting task!!! When I started down that path I had no idea what to expect and was completely overwhelmed when I saw the stack of books required to pass the exams. Thanks to 1 exam prep by the time I went through the school I passed all three exams the first go around. It was hard to say the least and I did my part so I’m not saying they made it easy that’s impossible with the amount of content. But by the time I completed everything the school offered me I didn’t just know how to pass the test I actually knew how to be a contractor in the state of Florida. I am now reenlisting in the school to go for my Tennessee general contractor license and didn’t even bother shopping for another school. I’m also considering teaching for 1 exam prep or tutoring. Bit of a story here but if you have time, it's worth the read. A week and a half before my Plumbing Contractor Trade Knowledge test, I realized that I hadn't done any real prep for this. I already purchased all of the books (which you ABSOLUTELY need) but beyond that, my own ignorance figured I'd be okay showing up to the test and taking it, but my instinct told me that wasn't going to be the case. I searched online and saw the advertised "98% pass rate" for the Plumbing Contractor Online Course. I called their customer service, who have always been responsive and helpful, and asked about their statistic and they stood by it. That was enough for me, so I purchased it and did what I 10 out of 10 don't recommend anyone to do, but if you have time like I did, then do it; I spent on average 15 hours a day for one week straight dialing into their modules and taking the tests provided. They're near replicas and the level of difficulty for the questions were equivalent to the actual test. The purpose of each module was to become familiar with each book. Another amazing tip that they offered was to create a graph with the names of each book written down and then to go through each question and put the question number in the corresponding book space. It saves time, allowed me to work efficiently, and further solidified that I knew which book the answer to a question could be found it. This course is repetitive, but for the sake of the test itself, it's open book and you NEED to have a strong familiarization with each book. A week and a half later, I passed with an 88%, and honestly, I knew I had passed because I answered the majority of the questions with no issues finding the answers in the book, again, because of the online course Exam1Prep offers. If you're on the fence about purchasing their online course, do it! Give yourself plenty of time to study, follow their guidance, and you'll pass with flying colors. Thank you Exam1Prep! Less

ATTENTION , DO NOT HIRE 1 exam prep. I had a terrible experience since my first contact with this company 1st- They gave me wrong information regarding licensing in florida. 2 - They assigned a person for my case who was already leaving the company. It took months for them to even start servicing me, after many calls and emails asking for them to take my case. More than 2 months to even start!!! 3- The new lady who they put to help with my case never replied emails and more, she NEVER picked my calls, not even once! 4- She FORGOT to apply my case and had me wait another 2 months to do the FIRST application submittal. All 1exam prep has done was to waste my time and money. They never cared about my case and never helped me. After all this, I had personally to apply by myself, gather all documentation and do the submittal by myself. I successfully obtained my license after having to do the same process by MYSELF. I think the platform they have built for us to navigate and figure out what we need to do is very well done and intuitive. most of all I think the best part of this is the system that Fay teaches in the business and finance course. It’s a very efficient and organized way to go about taking this test. I am not organized at all because I am ADD.
