Dr. Gary has been helping my dad for his hip injuries from playing pickleball.my dad fell and injured his hip last year and has been bothering him for a couple of months.Dr Gary is very knowledgeable and professional. After only a few sessions, my dad has been recovering very fast.Dr. Gary can also speak fluent mandarin! I would recommend Dr. Gary to anyone that needs physical therapy!

Review of short and long term benefits:I have been completely pain free in the six months since completing a course of PT here. The exercises and best practices I was taught have allowed me to continue working and staying active.I came to Golden Hills at the recommendation of a friend due to severe pain in my left shoulder. The PT asked me specific questions to identify what happened, why it happened, and how I can avoid future injury. The support staff was also professional and efficient, and I was able to easily schedule regular appointments that fit my schedule. They started in time and communication was effective.I saw improvement in just two sessions thanks primarily to the expertise of the PT and the effective use of a variety of equipment including resistance bands, weights, and machines. The assistants supervised me and gave pointers while I completed the exercise circuits. The machines are excellent, and I feel they greatly helped my recovery.Results will depend on how well you receive the advice provided act on it regularly and diligently yourself as well. The physical therapist will tweak and upgrade your exercises as you progress. It’s easy to seek advice from ChatGPT but there is a reason why a therapist who is trained and hands-on with you will drive better outcomes.I highly recommend this practice.
