I have been bringing my 93 year old mother here for the past two months for post hip surgery physical therapy and it has been a wonderful experience. Logistically, Golden Hills operates very well. If you make it to your appointment on time, you will be seen on time and you will get out on time. Friendly appointment reminders are sent via text and voicemail the day before, providing plenty of notice if you need to reschedule. Front desk is well staffed (by 3 admins) and is very helpful and efficient.The facility is excellent with an ample waiting area, large spaces for PT, a wide array of machines, and all the equipment you can think of for PT (although you might need to wait if a piece of equipment is in use, but that's ok, there's always an exercise that is provided while waiting).We have been blessed to work with Ekta as my mother's primary Physical Therapist and Darren. Ekta is very skilled, pushes my mother when she needs to be is very kind and compassionate. Darren displays a level of maturity and passion for his work that has been a joy to work with. We are very thankful for being paired with these two.
