I am writing to share my excellent experience at the Golden Hills facility in Fremont. This is my second time receiving treatment here, having previously been treated for a right Achilles injury, and I returned specifically because of the high-quality care. This time, I am being treated for tenosynovitis in my right thumb and wrist.The facility is clean, spacious, and equipped with new exercise machines. My physical therapist, Ekta (Ektaben Dalwadi), is outstanding. She is professional, highly knowledgeable, and listens carefully to my concerns. She always takes the time to answer my questions and ensures I understand the rationale behind my treatment. I have noticed significant improvement, with increased mobility and relaxed muscles in my right wrist and thump after our sessions of stretching, twisting, and cupping. I only wish I could see her more regularly than my insurance allows.I highly recommend Golden Hill in Fremont to anyone looking for a great physical therapy facility, and I strongly suggest asking for Ekta.

I would highly recommend my physical therapist, Gary, to anyone recovering from a sports-related injury.I injured my ankle while running a marathon and have been seeing Gary for the past few weeks. He created a personalized rehabilitation program and guided me through exercises that have significantly strengthened my lower body. He also took the time to explain the purpose of each exercise and adjusted the program as I progressed.Thanks to his expertise and support, I've been able to gradually return to running—from 5K all the way back to half marathon distance. Throughout the recovery process, Gary has been encouraging, knowledgeable, and focused on helping me return to running safely rather than rushing the process.

Gary is very knowledgeable and excellent at finding the root cause of injury. Despite being someone who is very active, I was still able to injure my leg due to improper running form from a half marathon. Gary targeted the issue with a progression plan that isolates, engage, strengthen, and support the injured region along with its surrounding muscle. His attention to biomechanics and fully body movement efficiency made the difference on both having a speedy recovery and long term prevention.

First time going to PT. Every staff member treated me with kindness and respect. I’ve also been given the appropriate instructions / time frame on how / when I should be getting out with my injury all healed. Would recommend this location for anybody.

Over many years I have been to many physical therapists because I suffered a broken back and have plantar fasciitis in both feet. For the first time Golden Hills PT’s have really relieved my pain. Each visit I meet with a PT in their office for specialized treatment addressing how the treatment before is working out then I am turned over to a PT assistant for further treatment. They are all very professional and qualified. I highly recommend this group in Milpitas.

I had elbow pain for few months now and came here for my elbow pain. I got a wonderful PT Naizy who immediately understood that it’s a pain coming due to my neck and shoulder stress. She worked wonders on my neck shoulder strength building and am almost close to pain free elbows. I highly recommend this facility and all the therapists here. They have great scheduling system and all the associates are very nice and friendly and very helpful. I have worked with several PT aides but especially want to thank Junnel and of course Naizy.
