Austin is about as honest as it gets. I knew next to nothing about septic systems when we started having some issues. Austin was patient, and willing to handle any of our questions, and took the time to explain the situation. He went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't be more thankful for the work him and his crew did. I would 100% recommend giving him a call if you're experiencing any issues with your septic system.

Austin’s pumping has been amazing! We have had nothing but problems with our sump pump. Austin and his crew came out and got it working again for us. Austin told me it was working for now but that I may need a bigger pump in the future. He was right! 6 months later our pump quit working again, Austin’s came back super quick and pumped out all the water, and installed a bigger pump. They also moved our drain pipe to the street in an area where it wound hit the storm drain, plus adding bigger pipes so more water can be drained faster. Austin personally called me to ask me how things were going that next week. It’s working perfectly! I’m so happy with all the work Austin’s pumping has done for the Water in the crawl space problem. I’ll always have water problems due to where my house is located. I’ll be calling them again when something comes up that I’m needing done for sure!

Austin Pump Service did an outstanding job! The crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They carefully removed our old water tank, water heater, and water softener, then installed a new water softener and tankless water heater. Everything has been working perfectly since. As a veteran-owned company, they truly earned these five stars. Highly recommend! If you are a fellow veteran looking to support others or just need exceptional work give them a call.

I moved into my new home a couple weeks ago and needed the septic pumped. I had been referred to Austin's Pumping from my uncle, and the men who came out were super nice and knowledgeable. They were able to help me learn more about septic systems and ensure everything was working well. The prices were fair and I highly recommend!

Our septic system started giving us trouble late Friday afternoon before this big snow storm hit with sub zero temperatures. We called a dozen different places, but Austin's Pumping Service was the only place that called us back, and they sent out Cyrus and Braxton at about 6:00 to help us out. It was FREEZING outside, but those two came out and took care of our septic system with cheery attitudes and got it fixed for us. It was determined that there was a clog, so they unclogged it, and then sucked out our tank. I've got nothing but kind words for Cyrus and Braxton who got us out of a stressful situation so that we could enjoy our snowed in weekend without the stress of a messed up septic system. We will definitely use this company again.

We recently bought a home in Branson, MO. The septic system was leaking and needed replaced. The crew at Austin’s Pumping was responsive, hardworking and took the time to answer our questions. They even took the time to help us understand our water softener which was totally unrelated to the task at hand ! Great groups of guys and we would highly recommend them.

Very responsive, they have served me almost 10 years. Crews have been friendly and well mannered. Had a riser and lid to grade installed after pumping this year. Reasonable price for that service too.

Our septic system was on its last legs, so we reached out to several companies for quotes. Austin’s was one of the first—and few—to respond, and from that point on the experience was excellent. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend them for septic system service or replacement!

Cyrus and Braxton what a team! Very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. Being in the service industry it is great to see 2 people that enjoy what they do! Would give a 10 out of 10 if possible. Again, I have to reiterate What a team you have in these 2!!!
