Austin’s pumping has been amazing! We have had nothing but problems with our sump pump. Austin and his crew came out and got it working again for us. Austin told me it was working for now but that I may need a bigger pump in the future. He was right! 6 months later our pump quit working again, Austin’s came back super quick and pumped out all the water, and installed a bigger pump. They also moved our drain pipe to the street in an area where it wound hit the storm drain, plus adding bigger pipes so more water can be drained faster. Austin personally called me to ask me how things were going that next week. It’s working perfectly! I’m so happy with all the work Austin’s pumping has done for the Water in the crawl space problem. I’ll always have water problems due to where my house is located. I’ll be calling them again when something comes up that I’m needing done for sure!

Our septic system started giving us trouble late Friday afternoon before this big snow storm hit with sub zero temperatures. We called a dozen different places, but Austin's Pumping Service was the only place that called us back, and they sent out Cyrus and Braxton at about 6:00 to help us out. It was FREEZING outside, but those two came out and took care of our septic system with cheery attitudes and got it fixed for us. It was determined that there was a clog, so they unclogged it, and then sucked out our tank. I've got nothing but kind words for Cyrus and Braxton who got us out of a stressful situation so that we could enjoy our snowed in weekend without the stress of a messed up septic system. We will definitely use this company again.
