Absolutely amazing! This massage studio has a calming ambience, a structured front desk service rep, and easy to book website along with add ons or picking who my massage therapist is. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax, recovery, and heal themselves inside and out. I've had so many injuries due to the military and life that I had tried almost everything. Once I had gone to Middleton Massage, I found my answer. My working the muscles around the injury, my body was able to finally relax and heal faster than expected. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to other places around that do sub-par massages. I highly recommend you have your next massage here, they also offer membership packages to save you money which is what I did. The owner is kind, caring, and passionate about the business of helping heal others. Hidden gem in Middleton for sure! They also have another location in Eagle.

By far the best massage I have ever received! Rachel did an amazing job, I felt comfortable and left ready to fall asleep. She will be my only massage therapist i go to from now on. Thanks Rachel!

The facilities are quite nice. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. All of the people I've interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Cortni customized the massage to get maximum results for my needs. She listened to me and was very professional and incredibly therapeutic. I highly recommend Cortni and Middleton Massage & Wellness.
