Okay, first of all, Morgan Hill Garage Door Company… jeez, that’s a long name. But apparently they needed all those words to contain how great they are. Fast response time, beyond friendly staff, efficient, and absolutely no messing around. They show up, figure out the problem, fix it, and aren’t there to waste your time or theirs. Pricing was completely reasonable, and BONUS: they’re the only company we found that will service Sommer motors. Soooo cool. Great service, great people, zero nonsense. We’ll be calling Morgan Hill Garage Door Company every single time. 10/10!

Outstanding, Trustworthy Service for 20+ Years!Sig installed our garage doors in Morgan Hill over 20 years ago and has provided flawless service ever since. In 2020, we trusted him again to install a brand-new door and system for our new home in Menlo Park.Yesterday, when our garage door wouldn't open, I called Sig for help. Instead of charging us for a service call right away, he had me send pictures and then patiently walked me through the troubleshooting process step-by-step over the phone. Lo and behold, it worked! After I expressed my unhappiness with their more expensive but upscale openers because of their complexity, MHGDC installed a Chamberlain opener which they do not carry and I paid for the installation only. Syg gave me a one year warrantee for installation labor. The door opener quit a couple of weeks ago and I called MHGDC and Gil was sent out to repair it.A bolt had loosened and fallen out. Gil replaced it but did not charge me for the service call. He told me the bolt had become loose and had fallen out, either because the factory had failed to tighten it or he had failed to tighten it. He would not charge me for the call, This is a terrific company and I can not recommend it enough. I just do not like all the fancy doodads in my opener and I am pleased Syg was able to accommodate me after all. That You Gil! Thank you Syg!

I was searching for garage door installation, MHGD was quick to respond and very thorough in identifying our needs. We dealt with Sig who answered my multitude of questions and provide many different quotes until so that we waere able to select precisely what we wanted in new doors and openers. The manufacturer did not send the correct track so the installers had to take extra time to get the correct materials for our doors. It took much longer but We didn't mind as the doors are absolutely beautiful. The opener is much quieter than our previous and we are excited to learn about the new features. Also, I had and alternate quite from Precision garage doors which was more expensive for lesser quality doors.

Called because my garage door opener stopped working. He set me up with an appointment the next day then sent me a few options for garage door with pricing within 30 mins. I picked the option I wanted and they showed up the next on time and installed it within an hour of showing up. Showed me how it worked he cleaned up and left. Definitely recommend!

Sig Was great and took the time with me to make sure that I selected the Door that I wanted and explained details of the different Drives/motors that can be used And the difference between each. He was always super responsive to any questions we had. I feel like we got a great price of the door and beyond that the expertise for getting it replaced and back up as quick as possible.Dylan, the installer was awesome! He was heads down, working getting everything done and definitely took the time to explain the operation of the door and the drive and programmed all the remotes for us and made sure that we were happy with the work and answered all the questions we had before he even thought about packing up to leave.Definitely use them again, but I have a feeling that this Door will last quite some time, unless I put a car through the door again.Absolutely five stars across the board from beginning to end.
