The staff and Dr Harvey are all really great with prompt service and very mindful of my time.They got me in fast as my tooth was feeling pretty sensitive. They have fairly new machinery with digital imaging. Parking is usually available on the side streets for free.Great location in a fairly new building on Greenwood avenue.Update as of May 2026. Dr Harvey retired and sold her practice. I keep being asked to pay an invoice and their system requires you to enter payment info prior to reviewing the invoice. I asked them to produce an invoice and noticed they billed me for a fluoride treatment that I did not receive.They also had me pay for a crown prior to getting it placed but they broke the tooth and I paid for a crown I can’t use. I cannot recommend Dr Harvey and or this office anymore.

I’m really happy I established care with Dr. Annie. Beautiful office, state of the art equipment, very convenient for me in Greenwood/Phinney. Appears to be a step up in management of this lovely practice.

Urban Dental gave me an appointment on 1 day notice for a painful molar and the X-ray they did indicated I needed a referral to an endodontist which they did for me. Their staff was friendly and Dr. Moises was able to assess my problem and advise next steps. My experience with them was limited but the consultation was cost effective and because my regular dentist has retired I will likely look to them for my future dental needs.

Always very friendly and efficient. Never feel like I'm being 'put on hold' when I go there. I used to avoid going to the dentist. I don't think I'll ever look forward to dentist appointments, but I no longer dread them after finding Urban Dental.

Dr. Annie is really great. The staff from the receptionists to the assistants, they are all amazing.The office is equipped with the latest technology including dental 3D scanner and dental milling machine which makes a crown placement possible in one appointment.

It has been a while since we went to the dentist so we found Urban dental and we really like it . All personal are really nice and very professional.

Dr. Annie Knudsen is incredible! I have major dentist office anxiety and I was immediately put at ease by her understanding & non judgmental vibe. She also explained things in detail to me in a way I could totally wrap my brain around. No Dentist had ever taken the time to do that with me before. I discovered this helped tremendously with my Dentist phobia & anxiety. So, in short… Dr. Annie ROCKS & I feel like I won the jackpot with her!

Urban Dental Group is a new venture including my dentist of about 20 years (Dr. Khajavi-Harvey). She has great knowledge, expertise, and empathy. I've had a lot of work done by her over the years and it's all turned out well. All the staff members are courteous, patient, competent, and friendly. I've not had any bad experiences with them. The office has a happy vibe to it and it seems the staff work in good collaboration. I'm glad she's moved her office to this new location with new facilities. I recommend her to anyone seeking a dentist in the north Seattle area.
