Brandon quoted me on a footing repair job on 5/3/23. I accepted his proposal on 5/6/23. On 5/8/23 I was told he'd fit me on his first filler day (his words). Last communication I got from him was on 5/20/23 when I was told he was still a couple weeks out from getting to me. I tried repeatedly to call and/or text after that several times in June and was ghosted. Stopped responding to text messages and doesn't answer his phone or call back. I hate leaving poor reviews for work that was never done, but the unprofessionalism of ghosting a customer after agreeing to a job is getting ridiculous these days from contractors. I have waited the entire summer to see if he'd get back to me, but at this point it's evident he's not. EDIT - I see you have time to quickly respond to a negative review, but not the time or courtesy to personally follow up with me since 5/20/23. Nevermind on the job, I found someone else. I was clear in this 1 star review as to the reason why. It has nothing to do with anything that was built. I was quoted a job, accepted that proposal, and subsequently ghosted despite repeated attempts to contact you. Had you told me back when you came out on 5/3/23 that you wouldn't be out to do the job until late fall I would have looked elsewhere. Which would have been fine at least you would have been honest about it. Never once during the proposal process did you tell me you don't do repair jobs during the spring or summer. You said you'd be able to fit me in "soon" but would have to check the schedule when I initially asked. You then told me my job was "a couple weeks out" on 5/20/23 before going silent. At no point was I told this was 4-6 months out from being done. Less

We had a great experience with Brandon and his team. He came out when he said he would and provided us top notch costumer service. We had him do our back deck and add railing to our front porch. The front porch railing was unexpected and we had to get it done to pass inspection, Brandon managed to squeeze us in and get it done for us. Highly recommend! Less
