Our experience with Belliston was so special from the very beginning. We originally walked in just to browse and get ideas for engagement rings, and honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole process. Somehow, that nervousness quickly turned into excitement.Lexie was the one who helped us, and she was incredible. She never made us feel rushed or like we needed to make a decision. We always felt like we were the only people in the store. She took the time to get to know us, understand what we liked, and very quickly figured out that I was going to be VERY indecisive. She was patient through it all, and my now-husband definitely appreciated that, too!The custom engagement ring process was such a fun experience because we were able to sit down, go back and forth on all the little details, make changes, and really create something that felt like us. We loved the experience so much that we went back to Belliston for our wedding bands, too.What really made Belliston stand out to us wasn't just the jewelry, but how we were treated. There was never any pressure, and the whole experience felt personal. The team did a fabulous job of repairing my heirloom filagree diamond ring with broken prongs. They took the time to educate me on the gold weight, carat diamond, and they called me with options on the repair of my antique. The result was gorgeous !

What a fantastic shop! I stopped in without an appointment to have the batteries replaced in two watches and to look for a simple gold everyday necklace. Not only did Lexie help me find the perfect necklace, but she also took the time to answer questions about a family ring I wear every day and helped arrange a repair it desperately needed.What I appreciated most was how easygoing and helpful Lexie was throughout the entire experience. We are buying a ring for our youngest child’s college graduation. We shopped all over SLC and Ogden and could not find what she wanted. At Belliston, we first met with Erica. She was extremely helpful and pulled multiple rings that helped our daughter narrow down and focus her thoughts about the medal, the gems, and the shapes she found most attractive. She also explained that belliston could custom make a ring and briefly explained the process. Several weeks later we again went into belliston with a much better idea of the details and style for the ring and phoebe helped us to draw out the design and then with her and Lexie’s help we made decisions about the gemstones we wanted to use based on color, size, hardness, etc. We made our down payment to have the ring designed and are very excited and feel confident in the process and the choices that we made. We cannot wait to get the finished product.
