Such great energy since the moment we stepped inside for our first workout. Each trainer has been awesome with great energy. They gauge where you are at and have pushed me in a good way each time. I may have been just a little sore each time after, but that's progress and keeps me feeling wanting more. Highly recommend!

Such a gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The one-on-one attention here really sets it apart-- it feels like 1:1 personal training in a small group setting (also you can't beat the price...I was surprised at the value.)My coach, Berto was above and beyond THE VIBE ⚡loved his energy--enthusiastic, motivating, & a genuinely kind human being. He knew exactly when to push me and when to encourage me. the whole experience genuinely fun and FAST (love that part)It’s rare to find a gym that balances professional coaching with such a friendly, community vibe. And as a woman, I also feel incredibly comfortable here, which makes me even more excited to keep showing up and getting stronger.So glad they're in the neighborhood!

Blitz45 is the best gym and CrossFit workout experience I’ve come across in Chandler AZ. Travis was great, communicated and demonstrated exercises clearly, as well as showed lots of patience and positivity. I’d recommend a training session to anybody!

Travis is very tentative of my current strengths and where Im aiming to go. He has pushed me beyond my typical level of training. I would recommend training with him if your goal is to see noticeable progress.
