I used Cali Maids services for the first time today for a deep cleaning. I first interacted over the phone with Ken who was very professional, prompt, and organized. Marisol, the "cleaning technician", was wonderful--prompt, friendly, and went right to work. She did not take a break until the job was done--over 5 hours. It's always difficult to have someone unknown come into your home. I was very pleased and comfortable with Cali Maids. I am grateful for your help!

The entire process from scheduling to completing the service was seamless. Lucas was very easy to work with , efficient and quick in getting agreements to me for signature and then scheduling. I almost don’t wanna give the name of the pro who shined up my place because I want her to be available when I call Lucas again. 😊 Marisol was incredible. She had a lot of work and she went through it like a dynamo! Quick, thorough, extremely careful with my china and glassware. She took care to ask questions to make sure what she was doing was what I wanted. An absolute joy to work with, I definitely plan to set a monthly service with them.
