I recommend Kimberly Mashek if you need a loan for a new home or to refinance your existing home. Our home-buying situation was complicated and I believe that if we had a different lender, we would not have been able to purchase our home. Kimberly took on extra responsibility, and put in a lot of extra work in order to get us our loan. She did work to ensure we got approved that I don't think other lenders would do. She's an expert, and she's on your side.

I just want to express my sincere thanks to Kim and what she has down for myself and my family. I began working with Kim a little over two years ago. At that point there was no way I could qualify for a home loan. Kim reviewed my credit report with me and gave some suggestions on how to begin the journey of repairing my past mistakes. I thought at that point my journey with Kim had ended, but was I sure wrong! Kim’s compassion and caring nature shined through in the following months to come. She would constantly check on me and see where my progress was, and if there was anything she could assist with. She would even send happy holiday emails and little informational emails. I was completely impressed with the follow ups and her genuineness through this process. She made me feel like I mattered and that my goals were obtainable! I can not put into words how much her hard work and dedication means to me! I am so happy to say my husband and I have finally purchased our dream home! None of this would have been possible without Kim!
