We had spoken with other basement contractors years ago, but felt they were way too pushy and very expensive. After waiting a few years we revisited the project. C&J was recommended to us and we set up an appointment to meet with Ron. The meeting went very well. Ron was professional and explained the process without trying to sell extras. We felt the price was fair and scheduled a date to begin. When the crew arrived, they immediately put down floor protectors and sealed off the basement with plastic. We had four block windows put in, the walls ground and resealed, wall support beams installed and our crawl space sprayed for mold and lined with a thick plastic vapor barrier to keep moisture out. We were happy with David and his crew. They were polite, job focused and worked well together.

Would definitely work with C&J Basement Solutions again. They just completed an install of I-beams and waterproofing in my basement.I obtained quotes from 7-8 basement companies because I knew that if I was going to spend a lot of money on fixing our foundation, I wanted to trust the company doing the work. Out of all the estimates, C&J was one of the best prices and BY FAR the company I trusted the most. Each person I interacted with from C&J was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were transparent throughout the process and were willing to answer my questions or concerns anytime I had them. And the end result was quality work completed very quickly.I highly recommend C&J. I wish I had known about C & J when I had initial waterproofing work done as they are professional, trustworthy, and affordable! Ron did the estimate and he was straightforward and gave me a great price to encapsulate two areas in my 1940 home's crawlspace. The crew, led by Steven, did a fantastic job in doing the work and keeping everything clean and neat. I highly recommend C & J. One size does not fit all. Trust them for your basement solutions.
