We chose them for the quality of home they build, the reputable contractors they use and their responsiveness and ability to work with the home owner on requests, questions and concerns. We met Dale from College City at the remodeler’s showcase and right away had a good feeling about the company and their work. About a year later, after reviewing our project with a few other general contractors and College City, we again felt great about working with College City and moved forward with them. Our instincts were right because from start to finish they were amazing to work with. The designer, Kali, came up with an awesome design plan, was very patient with us, and was super helpful throughout the selection process. Buzz, our project manager, was so nice and very easy to work with. Whenever something needed to be corrected or adjusted during the project, Buzz and team were on it and went the extra mile everytime to make sure each and every detail got handled. In the end the project came out perfect and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend College City again and again to anyone looking to work with a general contractor on a remodel project. Call them!

The College City Design -Build team were excellent to work with! From the initial design, to product selection, to finally building our dream bathroom, we could not be more happy with the final result. There will always be a hiccup or two when remodeling. What sets this team apart from others, is how they respond and fix any issues in a timely manner to the customers satisfaction. We will definitely look to use College City again on any future remodel or build projects we may have!

We loved the entire process with finishing our basement at College City! The design process was very efficient and Kali was amazing to work with-she took into consideration my idea books and made the process of selection very easy & fun! The contractors were all very courteous and even kind to our dogs:) We get a ton of compliments on the work that was done-it’s remarkable what they did in our space and we LOVE using it!!

We had awful experiences with other contractors and the city permit office for MONTHS, but Jeremy's team came in and saved the day. They were a delight to work with, communicating clearly and frequently. The project was largely on-time and on-budget. The quality of the work was A+ as well. The project was a full basement remodel - * coordinating with a concrete company to pour a new floor * full bathroom remodel (moved a little from its previous location) * replacing the ugly tile-like ceiling panels * new carpet * adding an egress window and new bedroom Jeremy and his team went above and beyond multiple times making our lives easier.
