It feels like getting ur teeth looked after by your family. Got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Novack, very pleasant experience, minimal pain, speedy recovery, and when I got worried when the protective layer over tooth socket fell off early I was able to reach Dr Novack immediately through cellphone even though it was the weekend.

Dr. Sari Novack is the best dentist. She is kind, patient, thorough and truly cares about the health of her patients. There's no place I'd rather go for my dental needs!

Dr.Sari Novack took crown impressions for 2 implants Dr. Philip Novack did. Dr. Sari Novack completed the excellent work performed by Dr. Philip Novack. Dr. Sari Novack adjusted the crowns so well to fit my bite. Dr. Sari Novack also helped me with bonding my front teeth, also attended to cavities and did a cleaning . I have now switched to Dr. Sari Novack as my dentist. Dr. Sari Novack is so friendly and cares about her patients.

After my dentist retired and trying a couple of new dentists that had good reviews online, all I can say is the service was not that great with one even trying upsell extra dental work mid session.I was hesitant to find a new dentist and held it off for over a year. I made a couple of appointments just for consultations with the dentist to get a feel for their work. The other dentist I went to really didn't say much, it felt very much like a small sales pitch. With the initial consultation with Sari Novack she was very thorough in her examination and explained what I needed in a straight forward manner so I decided to book with her.The dental exam and cleaning went surprisingly smooth because usually I get a little anxiety at the dentist, and Sari and her assistant Kelly were very nice and put me at ease with their attitude. My teeth looked great after and I was very pleased. Also plan on getting my family members to switch over to her.Overall, simply excellent service.

Dr. Sari Novack and her team have been nothing short of incredible. They are kind, organized, professional and always go above. We were initially looking for a second/ third opinion for our oldest daughters situation and Dr. Novack was experienced, confident, understanding and took the time to talk us through everything. Naturally, we were worried how our child would do during the procedures but they did such an incredible, gentle and thorough job that our typically sensitive 6 year old did not only not have any issues or complaints - she literally said she loves going to the dentist! I cannot recommend Dr Novack enough. I first started seeing Dr Novack about 10 years ago and I was so happy and comfortable under her care.Then I moved away from Toronto and saw another dentist. That unfortunately was a bad experience so now I drive back to see Dr Novack.Best dentist out there in my opinion

Our first visit with our 1 year old was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by Kelly who is very organized and great at explaining next steps. Our child actually had a really great time, the process was both quick and Dr Sari was very gentle. We had no clue that the experience could get even better! We recently went for cleaning and our experience was remarkable. The ambience of the office is clean, eclectic and calming. Dr Sari is extremely personable, some how you forget they're poking around at your mouth.Professional, courteous, and friendly! I do not regret choosing Sari Novack Dentistry after my dentist closed her office. The office is in a great location (Yonge and York Mills). All staff are polite and professional. The office is clean and observable adherence to Covid protocols. Dr. Novack is thorough and takes time to answer all questions.
