Such a great gym experience! Being a female, lifting weights in a regular gym can often be intimidating and challenging to navigate. However, here classes are full of women who are empowered and confident learning to be their best both inside and out! Seeing results on your body is important, but feeling like a strong, confident, independent person internally is such a major factor in being at this establishment. The programming and atmosphere helps get you both!

This is the best place to exercise, my body has completely changed in 24 months. I went from 250 to 198 pounds. I highly recommend Máquina Strength for you and your family. Thank you Coach Carlos for these 2 amazing years of intense training and for pushing me to be a better person every day.

Great gym with an awesome atmosphere! The equipment is top-notch, always clean, and well maintained. Coach Carlos does an incredible job he’s motivating, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to guide you through proper technique while pushing you to improve. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for real results and a supportive environment!

16 months here and I could not be happier, it fells like home at 5am in the morning. I love the energy of this place, these workouts reset your mind. This is the best decision taken in my 40's. Carlos, the coach owner is always supporting me and pushing me to become a better version of myself everyday!
