As a first-time homeowner, hearing that I had squirrels in my attic was an absolutely gut-wrenching realization. I called PAWS for a quote and they were so friendly on the phone! I was very nervous about the appointment. Justin arrived right on time, did the inspection and showed me the pictures he had taken. I not only had squirrels in my attic, but also bats. He explained everything that was to be done. I was surprised at the damage the critters had done. My first thought before his arrival was to get a second opinion. Justin and Nick (owner) got me on the schedule in a week and Johnny’s crew came out and sealed my entire house and set catch traps for live removal. Very smooth operation from my first call to a finished job when Justin came back out and closed the job. Have a year warranty, too. After having been ripped off for hundreds of dollars by a company who ghosted me without even providing an estimate (couldn't do it on site they said) after their initial inspection, I am happy to say that I had a GREAT experience with Georgia P.A.W.S. in dealing with a flying squirrel in my attic. From beginning to end, the company provided excellent, on time as scheduled, personable and professional service. Their estimate WAS the ACTUAL cost, and you only paid 1/2 up front - the rest due on job completion. They did not attempt to upsell me in any way. Justin the rep. who made my initial inspection was personable, courteous, professional and completely willing to answer all my questions. His inspection was thorough (attic to crawl) in determining my issues. I actually heard him walking all over the attic. He wrote his estimate on site and discussed it at length with me. Then, Anthony, ( also personable, courteous,& professional ) completed the work as scheduled. Justin performed a final repair inspection around the home and collected the final payment due. I had a raccoon destroying new sod and I reached out to them and they were here the next day and the critter was caught on night two. I had a raccoon problem they torn up all my duct work in my attic. I call the company they came out quickly set a trap within a few hours we caught one. They got everything out and put flashing on all the areas they could get back in. They cleaned , sanitized and reinsulated the attic.
