She helped us find the perfect spot for what we were looking for and even created an EXTREMELY nice gift box that had all kinds of useful things celebrating our wedding before the trip. Not only did she make the planning and trip easy but she was also available for us during our travels, kept us updated on changed flight information, and even helped us in getting rental reservations after our flight got cancelled due to weather on our way back. Shawn accepted a challenge that no other agent would, and did an amazing job. I had 3 weeks to plan a solo trip where I wanted to "fly around the world", and over the course of 20 days I flew from the states to Africa, Indonesia and Japan, seeing places I have never seen all while feeling incredibly safe and well taken care of. I had transportaion arranged, excursions planned that were curated towards what I wanted, hotels that were not only nice but also secure and safe. I will without a doubt call Shawn again the next time I plan a major trip. I cannot recommend her enough.

I contacted Shawn in February 2026 with a request if she could help plan a family trip for 6 adults to Greece and the islands of Mykonos and Santorini in June 2026. I was referred to her by a neighbor. I knew it was a bit short notice but Shawn never suggested that the trip wouldn't be possible!After a consult on my thoughts on where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do, Shawn got to work. I nor my family had ever been to the country or any of its islands, so I left the details to her.Shawn secured all the hotels for us (4 hotels with 3 rooms at each location). They were all wonderful! 4-5 stars and located in great areas. The island hotels had beautiful sea views. She also secured all our transportation (we needed a lot of transfers!) and excursions; there were no issues with timeliness or quality with any of them.I communicated with Shawn mainly via email. I can get pretty detailed about things and emailed her frequently during the planning process. She was always prompt with her responses, or let me know if they would be delayed. And if I needed a phone call, I could easily book an appointment with her.Shawn made herself available to me during my trip via text, Whatsapp and email, even though there was a 7 hour time difference. I appreciated that as it made my trip stress free! The travel app she uses was also very helpful and is contained my itinerary in one spot.I would use Shawn again for international travel assistance, and highly recommend her.

Shawn provided excellent service. This is the first time I've worked with her and it was very smooth. She asked what I wanted out of the trip and was able to curate the resort, the flights, the private transportation, and the activities while there. The resort (Le Blanc Cabo) recommended by Shawn was exceptional. The phone Application she provides was informative and a nice place to collect all my trip related information. While on vacation, I did have a clarifying question and Shawn responded almost immediately. I look forward to working with her again on my next trip.

My husband and I had the time of our lives on our recent trip to Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica. The trip would not have been possible if not for Travel with Shawn Hayes!! Shawn and Kim thought of every single detail so we could sit back and relax, as one should be able to do on a vacation! We were supposed to go in November but the hurricane had other plans for us. Kim and Shawn were on it and helped us feel calm and reassured throughout the entire process. Kim even called me multiple times on a Sunday to walk through the process and next steps for rescheduling, etc. She was constantly monitoring conditions in Jamaica and providing us with updates on current conditions, estimated timing for visiting Jamaica again, and also alternate backup options with other places to visit instead. She compared offerings, prices, timing, everything we needed to be able to make the best decision possible! We ended up rescheduling to go in January and the price went down by $500! Kim touched base with us the week before our trip to answer any questions we had and really thought through everything. We didn’t have a single hiccup the entire trip and were able to have the time of our lives. We can’t wait to book again with Travel with Shawn Hayes!! 💗🥰😎

We saw a bunch of fantastic sights in just 12 days, the ship had comfy beds and meal options for all tastes. Well organized excursions made sight seeing in Europe easy and seemless. Highly recommend!
