Makayla is the best. I wasn’t paired with her in their matching system, which is a good system, but I had a hair emergency. There’s nothing like finding someone under pressure and they turn out to be simply amazing. She’s gentle, understanding, and knows what I’m asking even when I have no clue. I get raving reviews on my hair so that feedback is amazing. She’s my new hair boo and she will be missed. The check-in crew is always gracious and friendly. Love the environment because that ME time is just the highlight of my day. Thank you guys!
