Casey helped me with fixing a leak on the roof caused by shingles that were not sealed to the metal flashing at the water heater pipe. I wasn’t present when he came to do the estimates, and I appreciate that he was patient in talking with my mom, who speaks limited English. The thing I appreciate the most about Casey is that instead of just giving me the absolute best and most expensive option, he explained short term and long term fixes and the pros and cons. I eventually got the short term fix for a number of reasons. I highly recommend Casey for roofing work, especially from the perspective of a first time home owner.

Casey came out to take a look at a leak. He was friendly, professional, and communicated everything in a way we understood. He assessed our whole roof and took care of the leak efficiently. We were really impressed by his use of a state of the art drone to show us the actual roof so we didn’t have to climb up ourselves. We really appreciated his depth of knowledge and ease of communication. He never made us feel pressured and we’ll definitely work with them in the future for any other roofing needs.

I contacted Matt at True Roofing for an issue with the gutters on one side of our house in December. A section of gutter had come off the clamps and was affecting water flow into the drain. Matt's team came out on fairly short notice and was able to quickly confirm that the builder had not installed the gutters properly when the house was built using only nails to secure it to the house. His team was able to temporarily fix the problem until we can schedule the more extensive repairs needed to get the gutter installed correctly. I was given an honest assessment regarding the issue and a quote for the work required within a couple of days. I was impressed with the honesty of his team and look forward to getting the work completed in the spring. I highly recommend True Roofing and Construction if you have gutter repair/cleaning needs! A roof inspection done a week ago uncovered several problems ranging from bald spots on shingles to missing flashing, broken shingles/ridge vents, and uneven workmanship. I didn’t get a good feeling from the original inspecting technician, so I did a little research and called True Roofing and Construction. Casey made a site visit that very day. I was so impressed by his obvious knowledge of roofing technology and installation - he even found another problem not noted in the original report - that I decided to hire him, even though his bid was substantially higher than the original. We scheduled the work for a couple days later. The crew did an outstanding job correcting all problems noted in the roof inspection report. The next owners of this house will enjoy a sound roof for years to come thanks to True Construction. My only regret is my next house won’t have a roof they can fix.
