A OK Services LLC was amazing to work with. I just bought my condo in December and it leaked on to the carport beneath my condo. It was a 21 year old unit and was missing a drip pan. A OK came out and gave me options to repair or replace and I choose to replace. They worked with my Board to follow all the rules and paperwork and I’m so happy with my new system. I’m so happy to have peace of mind with the added drip pan and water detection auto shut off. Toni and his entire team were professional, understanding and friendly.

We just purchased our home and we noticed house wasn’t cooling and till it went to 85! we had to call someone and my sister recommended A-ok and let me tell you about the Amazing work and they have affordable financing options and with our house being at 85 and up. when he inspected the home he noticed what’s wrong and he informed us that it was 15 year old ac unit and so the best option was to get it all repaired at once versus repairing and possibly something else messing up. we are extremely happy we now have a working ac unit within 3 days of being in extreme heat pictures of all the work that was done. I recommend them for all the HVAC work
