I discovered Zap Electric while looking for a reasonable electrician and Sebastian was the first to respond to my search of available electrician’s to install a new light fixture in my hallway upstairs because I recently had back surgery and I couldn’t get up on the step stool and reach the old fixture and remove it and put the new one in.I saw many electricians that wanted $300 + to just come to my house and estimate the cost of the job!Sebastian was much more reasonably priced and included doing the job from the pictures I sent him not just to show up and give me a quote!He was extremely patient while I had to find a new matching fixture that matched the one I had installed in the hallway prior to my back surgery.On I found a matching fixture he was available right away. We scheduled an appointment and he was right on time and got straight to the installation. A new, longer screw was needed to install the fixture as the one in the package was too short. He quickly grabbed a longer screw from his truck and came back band finished the job in no time. Then he carried the old fixture and the step ladder back downstairs as he knew it had had back surgery and needed help bringing it back downstairs.A friend of mine from out of town came by unexpectedly and I hadn’t paid Sebastian yet but he said “just send it when you have time tonight”. Not many people would leave without getting paid but he had no problem with that.His rate was by far the best of all the other electricians were asking…So 5 star service at a reasonable rate, done on time and efficiently completed the job, and left me his business card to send the payment “when I had time”, which I did but not for a couple of hours later as my friend dropped in unannounced and Sebastian knew that this was out of my control and left without the payment.So if you’re looking for a great electrician, at a reasonable rate to do whatever you need efficiently and on time then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zap Electric and Sebastian!Old fixture was taken down (something I couldn’t do even before my back surgery because the end cap was on too tight (the first picture). Then installed the new fixture (second picture) to match the other one I had installed myself about 4 months earlier and definitely before I had my back surgery!Thanks SebastianDave G
