I paid $1,700 for installation of a bamboo barrier, but the incorrect material was used and the work was not properly supervised. As a result, the bamboo returned and I had to hire another company to redo the work at additional cost.In addition, the plants and shrubs installed for $4,700 did not match the contract or my requirements and were never replaced despite my requests.At company suggestion called customer service. My call was not returned

My experience with Almstead was excellent all around. I felt confident in their work from the initial visit and consult. The crew was remarkable, working steadily all day in extraordinary high temps.
