My experience with Almstead was excellent all around. I felt confident in their work from the initial visit and consult. The crew was remarkable, working steadily all day in extraordinary high temps. Had Almstead remove 2 very large trees, trim one very large pine and remove 4 smaller trees on 2 occasions. Their crew came on time on both appointments. I had questions regarding the process and how it was going to be executed. I was dealing with Maria and Jack. Jack was onsite and extremely knowledgeable and answer all my questions. I wanted them to remove more of the pine. I got in touch with their Office Manager Maria A. who was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Customer service is take very serious and I had no doubt that Maria took care of me with all my questions regarding the process as well. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for Tree service in the Fairfield County area.One very happy customer.David R
