After 40+ years of sitting at a desk working and now being full time in my taxi i felt seeking out a personal trainer to drag my lazy bones into the gym to actually DO some exercise!!Finding Jen was pure luck but wow what a knowledgeable person I found! Her knowledge of dietary needs, PT work as well as being a shrink too my exercise regime is in full swing!! Knocking 1 minute 20 seconds off my personal time running 1 km is there on her record board showing me i've achieved something in such a relatively short period of time, I can't thank her enough for helping me get off my bum!

I’ve thought about trying some life coaching for quite some time and often found myself to be ‘too busy’. After seeing a LinkedIn post which resonated with me, I reached out to Jennie and had a course of sessions, I enjoyed them so much that I was motivated to make the time after busy work days. Jennie is very welcoming and calming. She empowered me to face many past traumas that I thought were buried forevermore. However by facing them, unpicking them and realising they were not my fault I was able to move forward without negative baggage. Wow, what can I say but wow! Jennie has helped me so much with my healing journey with her guidance & techniques that really help the lessons stay.
