I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Jordan at Cosmic Groove! He is truly exceptional—professional, kind, courteous, and honest. There are countless adjectives I could use to describe the outstanding service I received from him. He is genuinely one of the good guys. I know very little about computers, and I mean that literally, but Jordan made me feel neither ignorant nor stupid; instead, he was encouraging and supportive. I considered several other options, but I am so glad I chose to work with Jordan. His prices are also very reasonable, so you can't go wrong by choosing Jordan or Cosmic Groove.
