I’ve been working with Jeshua for over 2 years. I am 47 and told him that most of my life i just hit the bench and did “meathead” workouts. I never worked out my legs in my life. So i was a top heavy dude. He made a plan that focused on my back and I no longer was shaped like Johnny Bravo. My wife no longer made fun of my chicken legs. I’ll be honest, I have not changed my diet like he requested, but I was still able to reshape my body and STILL cut my body fat by 10%. Even when I reach my peak physically, I plan on working with Jeshua as long as he is a trainer. The impact that was made from 45 min workouts 3-4 days a week is amazing. He has mastered the “efficient” work out. Oh yea, I promise to change my diet one day....I'm just waiting for Popeyes chicken to go out of business lol Kidding
