My fiancée and I recently moved into a pier and beat house, naturally, that meant pests. After a phone call with one of their employees, Jason came out to our house and sealed every possible interior entrance. Even some we didn’t catch. The whole process was incredibly smooth, my fiancée and I are both teachers so scheduling was difficult and involved a lot of back and forth (on our end). Jason worked with our schedule to help us and was so flexible! He’s also incredible kind, which is a bonus!Also, it’s worth mentioning (especially in this economy) they’re incredibly affordable and offer unique “menu” style services! I contacted this pest control team for a termite inspection after noticing faint cracks and hollow sound in part of my wooden bed frame. The technician took the issue seriously and checked multiple wooden structures in the house. He confirmed early-stage termite activity and showed me signs I hadn’t noticed. The treatment involved drilling small points and injecting solution carefully. It was a bit time-consuming but felt very precise. There was a mild smell for a short period. Since the treatment, I haven’t seen further damage, and the furniture feels stable.

I had an issue about where to find the access for rats to reach my attics. Zach did an excellent job looking everywhere , indoor and outdoor and made good recommendations.
