We were really impressed with David's work from start to finish. He responded swiftly when we were looking to arrange an inspection on our new build and was able to provide available dates during the window in which we needed them. The inspection report was thorough and very helpful as it highlighted issues we would not have been able to spot ourselves. The report was shared with us and the deveoper quickly, enabling the developer to rectify the issues addressed in the report. David's prices are very reasonable for the level of service and communication with him has been friendly and professional throughout. We are so thankful of DCW Inspection's help after being scammed on a major roof repair on our property. David arrived on time with all his kit, and after a bit of a chat he got to work straight away! He really did an in depth investigation of our roof, taking pictures, exposing all the unprofessional work and problems left by rogue traders. He then sent his drone up for a very detailed and comprehensive view of exactly what's going on up there! Within days we had a full report with colour photos and explanations of all the problems and safety issues he had detected, that we may now need for whats quite possibly a criminal case. You cannot go wrong with this company, we received a beyond professional service by a very genuine, and personable guy. We would use DCW Inspection's again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

David and his company have been an incredible help. I have recently been having issues with the new build developer and housing management provider aftercare team. I had David come and check the loft space as Places for People aftercare team informed that we not to go up there, and thank goodness he went up. He identified some very serious issues that needed to be dealt with by the developers. David provided me with a full report on what defects and issues he identified so I could pass this over to the developers directly.He even organised to return to the property after works had been completed to check on the standard and that the scope of works matched his report.David knowledge on the building trade is up there and he was able to clearly explain the issues he identified and how they can be rectified.He is very professional, friendly and I would / will contact him again if I need any additional help regarding housing and building related issues.
