David and his company have been an incredible help. I have recently been having issues with the new build developer and housing management provider aftercare team. I had David come and check the loft space as Places for People aftercare team informed that we not to go up there, and thank goodness he went up. He identified some very serious issues that needed to be dealt with by the developers. David provided me with a full report on what defects and issues he identified so I could pass this over to the developers directly.He even organised to return to the property after works had been completed to check on the standard and that the scope of works matched his report.David knowledge on the building trade is up there and he was able to clearly explain the issues he identified and how they can be rectified.He is very professional, friendly and I would / will contact him again if I need any additional help regarding housing and building related issues.
