They are trust worthy and their work speaks for itself. They are professional and reliable and luckily our family was able to get incontact with them to get our insullation done. I needed to finally replace my non-functional 20yo HVAC and Reel Cool was able to deliver at a very fair price! Suzanna helped get me on the schedule fast so my family wasn't left in discomfort. John and the crew were friendly and professional and I felt confident in their advice and recommendations for my new 4 ton Rheem unit. They were faced with some challenges due to weird electrical wiring in my home, but they got it done properly and up to code. I hope to have them back for future home projects. I also like supporting small businesses and appreciate having the business owners involved!

They came out and fixed my air conditioner after we were told it couldn’t be fixed that we needed a whole new unit. Never tried to upsell. They saved us $$$$ because we were about to get a new a/c. Our A/C wasn’t working and of course it was after 5:00! We called Reel Cool Services. Came the same day, had to order a part and came back the next morning to put the part in. Yeah! Cold air👏👏👏👏Excellent service and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this company!Had a problem with our thermostat. They came out and replaced it with a smart one. Then checked our drain lines. Awesome guys! Very professional as well as very NICE 👍🏼

John and crew from Reel Cool do an exceptional job. My AC died and they installed a new one without any problems. They arranged everything. They are attentive to everything that needs inspected when performing a maintenance appointment including instructions on the appropriate filters and how often to change them. They also perform the maintenance on my office AC and resolved issues with it operating correctly. I’ve had some bad experiences with other companies I wouldn't use anyone else.

Before I called John, I called another company that dragged their feet on installing a coil in my not yet 2 year old AC - which was under warranty. They ordered the part after a week of prompting on my part and wanted in excess of $2,500 just to install it. The only good thing was that I lost 5 pounds of water weight because it was hotter in the house than it was outside. Sooo...John at Reel Cool Air Conditioning came highly recommended so I gave him a call. He scheduled the repair for the same day! In August, at the height of the busy season! His quote was more than $700 less than the other company.The part wasn't available in PSL, so he drove to WPB to get it. He installed the part and charged less than his original quote.John was prompt, reliable and honest. AND he did a great job! Hopefully, my AC will behave for the next 10 years, but if it doesn't, Reel AC will be my first call!

I live in PSL and noticed a puddle under the air handler. I checked Port Lucie Recommendations page on Facebook and saw several people recommend Reel Cool. Many of the referenced the fair pricing, prompt reply to messages, good communication, and friendliness.I inquired about an AC tune up and diagnosis of the leak/puddle. I received a quick reply back and even sent some pictures of the issue. The owner, John, gave me recommendations on what I could do to fix myself, should I want to save the $. I was taken back by the honesty and genuine customer service that was. Any company could’ve easily tried to manipulate me into a pricey visit and diagnosis, but he did not do that at all, risking potential money to the business to do what could’ve been best for me.I was so impressed (and lack the know-how) that I went ahead and booked them to come out. They accommodated my schedule and were at the house the next morning. John djd an awesome job with the repair (which ended up being very minor), then did a complete inspection of my system and cleaned the drain line; all at an awesome price.I can assure you, if you’re looking a family owned business that puts the customer first, go with Reel Cool Air. God forbid anything happens to my AC in the future, they’ll be my first call.
