We are incredibly happy with the provided service, absolutely top-notch from start to finish. We had pipes visibly running along the walls in some of the rooms. Ivan removed the old pipes and put new ones in place that run much closer along the floor, so we could cover them up with skirting board. He also installed new radiators across the flat for us. Within our renovation journey, he has been one of the best tradesman we have come across. Always on time, careful not to damage our expensive floors, worked to a high standard, cleaned up afterwards, kept checking in if we were happy with his work, and urged us to call him free of charge should there be any issues with the new radiators afterwards. And all of that at a reasonable price. 100% recommended!!

I had a really good experience with this firm. The background to the job was that I needed someone to refit and repair my concealed GROHE toilet. I rang round lots of plumbers who had various degrees of experience. This company stood out because the owner worked on these toilets day in and day out. What impressed me is that he diagnosed the issue correctly with a few photos and a video whilst working in the evening! He then researched the parts for me without me having to find them myself and then organised the repair vidit without fuss! The repair didn't take an hour! So impressive! Cost was reasonable too! Very impressed with this firm and would recommend them to anyone!
