I enrolled in the program in November 2024 and withdrew in February 2026. Upon withdrawing, I discovered that my access to all educational course materials had been completely blocked. When I initially joined, it was explicitly communicated to me that I was purchasing permanent access to the educational content itself, separate from ongoing subscription fees for active coaching. Unilaterally cutting off access to educational materials I paid for is unacceptable and completely contrary to what I was sold.Furthermore, my decision to leave in February 2026 was the direct result of a persistent failure in the coaching and mentorship I received:Neglect of Active Trades: Throughout my time in the program, I diligently submitted my weekly trading screenshots to my assigned coach. We discussed trade setups and I received explicit confirmation to proceed. However, when trades went against us, there was zero guidance on risk mitigation, exit strategies, or position management. Positions that were approved by my coach were simply left to rot into dead trades.Upselling Over Mentorship: Despite my account taking heavy losses on trades agreed upon with my coach, the program’s primary response was not to provide recovery strategies or help me manage risk—it was to constantly pressure me to pay more money to stay in the program. Asking a student to throw more capital into subscriptions while ignoring failing trades that had bounce-back potential is a severe failure of mentorship.I joined the program expecting actionable guidance, professional risk management, and the educational resources I paid for. Instead, I experienced neglected trade management and aggressive upselling, culminating in being locked out of materials I rightfully own.
