The process of installing my new kitchen countertop and island went so smoothly at Onyx...from the initial meeting with Guilherme to the installation by their fabulous crew. The granite was a great value that didn't break the bank. After the installation, I noticed some minor rough spots and they sent a crew out within days to fix them. I can't recommend them enough!

I was referred to Onyx by Boston Prime Constr. for getting custom quartz pieces for our new bathroom build. I worked with Jen in the office and she was very helpful. She helped me with color and material selection - I knew very little about Quartz and she guided me on the brands and qualities, and eventually we found a good cost effective solution that also looks great. The dimensions and edge finishes on the final stones were exactly as I had requested for the custom bathroom design. This allowed for a smooth tiling job (pun intended :-). I was happy to work with Jen & Onyx and will recommend them to friends.

The holes for the electrical outlets are not big enough to put them back. I have to pay one hundred to someone to make the holes bigger .

They claim this is natural but the crack is on the entire width of the marble and not accepting that they messed up and refuse to fix it. This is brand new house. They are not renovating any old kitchen.

I had a great experience with Onyx Marble & Granite - From working with my representative to select a quartz pattern for my kitchen countertops, as well as for two bathroom vanity tops, through the templating and installation process! Jennifer and Poliana were very knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciated Jen's patience as I put my project on hold for more than six months because my sister, who lives out-of-state, was sick and entered hopice care. When I was ready to focus on my project again, Jen helped me find quartz - an engineered stone - that fit with the colors and style I was looking for (HanStone Cremosa) as well as was a good value. I enjoyed working with Jennifer and Poliana and have received many compliments on the beautiful countertops!
