I have been a customer of ASP for a long time, and once again they proved why I continue to trust them. They recently helped me with a replacement for my door lock hardware, and although the process took a little longer than expected, they stayed with me every step of the way until everything was completed and my replacement hardware was installed.I want to give a special thank you to Erica for her outstanding customer service. She was patient, responsive, and made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize Sergio and the installation team. I live in Fontainebleau Park. My condo's east-facing cathedral ceiling window prompted me to reach out to ASPSuperHome to embark on a project to install impact windows. Bruce Lee, Project Manager, expertly worked with me to get the project underway at a reasonable price. From the contract, HOA authorization, permitting, materials, installation, and inspection, the very professional and genial team including, among others, Yesi, Installation Coordinator, Ruben, Lead Installer, and Valentina, Happiness Coordinator (yes, that's correct) made for a smooth process from beginning to end. We have used ASP several times. They just replaced our back doors with hurricane impact doors. What a fantastic job they did. Doors are excellent quality. Workers did a great job. They went out of their way to make sure none of the dust got inside the house. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the doors and the company. Highly recommended. Thank you ASP
