Great all around experience. We are very happy with our outdoor sunshades. Garrett, the Blinds and Borders representative, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the products. We made our selection and the motorized shades were installed very nicely 2 weeks later. Garrett set up the hand held and wall remote, and even the network hub so we can control them with our phones. From start to finish this business provided excellent service! We had a 360 shade system installed and the product is perfect as well as a good value. Service from Garrett was the very best! Update on Jan 7, 2026Following the fantastic job and quality of the products along with Blinds and Borders outstanding customer service, we ordered a scalloped shaped shutter for the one-bedroom window in the front of our home. Both Melissa and Garrett came out for the install, and it looks absolutely amazing. Changes the dynamic of the room in such a positive way. Color and style matched the shutters Blinds and Borders previously installed. I will post a pic along with the other pics we previously posted. It will show the new scalloped shutter that replaced the previous paper cover we bought from Home Depot (shown in previous posted pictures) Absolutely awesome. Without question we strongly recommend Blinds and Borders as your go to window treatment source.
