Absolutely Outstanding Service!We purchased shutters for our home 12 years ago, and they’ve been incredible ever since. During a recent home update, several of our window panes needed replacing due to a broken seal. The team at Blinds and Borders, who did our original installation, went above and beyond by graciously coming out to carefully dismount the shutters for the window work and reinstalling them afterward—all at no charge! I wanted to install something called remote-controlled, rolling aluminum shutters for noise reduction (neighbor music, garbage trucks, etc.). I talked to a couple of out-of-state manufacturers, neither of whom had a partnership with an installer in the Huntsville area. I called some local window product companies. The first said he had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't help me. Even though Blinds and Borders had not installed a product like this before, Melissa worked with me to consult with manufacturers, find out installation requirements, etc.I ended up ordering the product from Roll-A-Shield in AZ. Garrett from Blinds and Borders came out with a co-worker to install the shutters. He communicated with me to get the installation done between rain showers. Even though he hadn't installed this type of product before, he followed the manufacturer instructions and thought his way around some hurdles that we ran into. I was extremely impressed with his politeness, skill and professionalism.I'm very happy with the service delivered by Blinds and Borders. I highly recommend them.

Garrett came to our home and spent a lot of time patiently explaining their products and answering our questions - but no coercion whatsoever! Such a kind and personable young man! Great all around experience. We are very happy with our outdoor sunshades. Garrett, the Blinds and Borders representative, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the products. We made our selection and the motorized shades were installed very nicely 2 weeks later. Garrett set up the hand held and wall remote, and even the network hub so we can control them with our phones.
