The team were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to guide us through the different styles and types available, helping us choose the perfect option for our home.A home visit was arranged to ensure the positioning of the log burner was suitable, which gave us great confidence in the process. Ordering was straightforward and stress-free, and we were kept fully informed at every stage right through to installation.The installation team were polite, hardworking, and clearly very knowledgeable about the product. They answered our questions and made sure everything was done to a high standard, which we really appreciated.Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy and install a stove.

We are over the moon with the service we have received from Tony and the team.Tony came out and he was very knowledgeable and helped us both decide what to go for in our living room.The fitters Craig and Kevin were very professional, friendly and very tidy.We love our new Log burner and now have a cosy living room just in time for Christmas.

We couldn’t be more happier with the service provided by Tony and the WB stoves team. After spending some time debating which stove to purchase, Tony was very helping and knowledgeable. He helped us understand the process, the size of the stove to heat our areas and the heath.Also the installation team were excellent, with little tips and advice to maximum the use of the stove.To top it off, the stove looks fabulous.Thank you.
