We had a great experience with TruRoof. During the quote process they addressed things other roofers didn't mention or plan to do at all (drip edge, gutter apron) and also have a whole house wrap to help control debris and damage while working. They finished in one day and have the whole property cleaned spotlessly, which was big for us with three dogs. The roof looks fantastic and we are happy with our choice! We went with Biscayne Blue shingles and we think they look great and the install looks perfect.

Great experience! I wish there were more companies like this out there today. Responsive, understanding, exceptional customer service. Joe and Alfredo got back to me the same day I called and were out the next day to seal some areas on my roof that needed immediate repair. Alfredo and Francisco were friendly and took great care on my roof. The follow up report I received for my home inspection was detailed and all repairs were clearly documented. Highly recommend!!!!

I was highly impressed by Noah’s professionalism and integrity during his roof inspection today. His process is very thorough, combining drone technology with a hands-on physical inspection for secondary confirmation. Unlike many in the industry, he did not resort to high-pressure sales tactics or exaggerate the roof's condition. I have immense respect for his work ethic, particularly his willingness to climb the roof in the sweltering heat. While no immediate repairs were needed today, I feel bad for taking his time free of charge and will certainly prioritize his company for any future roofing needs.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with TruRoof in the replacement of our roof. Alfredo thoroughly inspected the existing roof, giving us a comprehensive, understandable assessment of the roof, including a rooftop video. There was no “hard sell”. Alfredo is a consummate professional ~ knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous.A portion of our roof had a difficult angle ~ we were not happy with the existing shingle configuration ~ the TruRoof team researched the issue and came up with a solution that used a higher quality material, at no additional cost to the original estimate.The installation crew was efficient and courteous. The roof looks great and they did an excellent job cleaning up.Alfredo was back the next day to perform a thorough inspection ~ finding only 2 small loose pieces ~ a crew member was here within an hour to correct the issue .We highly recommend TruRoof!!!

I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with having TRUroof completely replace my 25 year old roof. I was not familiar with TRUroof prior to our roof replacement, however, I did quite a bit of due diligence on the front end and was extremely impressed by how many homeowners in South Charlotte were pleased with their work. I called and set an appointment and Joe (owner) and Ben (project manager) came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof. Joe and Ben were both straightforward, humble and professional with their findings. I decided to go with TRUroof and I am grateful that I did.Ben did a fantastic job as our Project Manager. From beginning to end, Ben kept me abreast of all the work and follow-up after installation. From prep, to install, to clean-up and beyond, Ben has been there every step of the way. Ben, Joe, Jose and the entire team at TRUroof are consummate professionals. These guys genuinely care and it shows in the quality of their work and how they treat their customers.
