TruRoof was good with responding via email concerning roof damage and water leaking thru our master bedroom ceiling. Jose was good at reaching out and scheduling someone to come that day and walk the roof and respond back with the damages and an estimate to have it repaired. The estimate was reasonable and the work was scheduled within a week. There was a small miscommunication in the date the repair worker would arrive but the next morning he was here and got the job done. He took 23 pictures of the 2 places that need repairing. I would recommend them to you if you have roof damage especially with the kind of storms that have been popping up lately in our area. TruRoof was one of three companies I contacted and all were comparable with the damage assessment and the estimates were within dollars of each other.

We had a fantastic experience with TruRoof from start the finish! The guys were kind, informative, and genuinely seemed to be looking out for us. They did a great job on the roof and provided lots of options for shingles. The price was fair. They even provided notices to our neighbors that they would be doing the work which was totally unexpected and a great practice. Highly recommend!
