We just had our basement floors done with Ayoub and they did a fantastic job!! I’ve used Ayoub on many flooring projects and they never disappoint! They are the best!

Ayoub is a stellar company! This was the 2nd time I’ve turned to them with a complex situation and they have come through both times with utmost professionalism, wonderful results, and a very fair price. Wally arrived on time and thoroughly analyzed the conditions. He has several decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge. He explained the pros & cons and also explained some possible alternatives. Undertaking this particular cleaning was not without risk and I appreciated his careful analysis, his honesty - and his willingness to work on a less than ideal situation. He and Ulysses got to work and the results were amazing! It has now been a week since they cleaned our old tile floor and every day I am thankful for their honest appraisal and hard work.

Great customer service and quality cleaning! I had an 8 x 10 cream wool oriental cleaned by Ayoub Carpet. When I called, I needed the carpet cleaned and returned in less than a week and they made it happen. The price included having to move a heavy storage bed. I liked getting a picture as the cleaning progressed and I had no idea how much it needed to be cleaned until I saw what the part that was under the bed looked like v. the rest. It came back looking like new and smelled great. Our dog had several accidents on it and the smell and stain was gone. Even the delivery team, which included Mercedes, was courteous and helpful. Will def be a return customer.

I appreciated that I got a text indicating the arrival time within 10 minutes! Carlos And Hamilton both remove their shoes and put on slippers that they had with them and when replacing my clean area rug made sure it was just where I wanted it to be.

Had a great experience with Ayoub Carpet Service (ACS). Appointment was super easy to set up online and Megan was very communicative throughout the entire process. We had several services performed based on very positive reviews from our neighborhood FB page. The timing of the services was a bit complicated and Megan took the lead so that everything ran like clockwork. Steuart did a great job stretching our carpet. He was professional and thorough. Robert and crew cleaned all of our carpets and some upholstery. He took time to explain the process and the drying times. They were also thorough, professional and my carpet looks good. I thought their prices were fair and reasonable. All in all, a very good experience from start to finish.

I used AYOUB Carpet Service for the carpeting throughout my home. The results were so much better than I expected. Wiily Mejia was the technician who did the cleaning. He went above and beyond trying to get the carpets aa clean as possible. In fact, he worked twice the initial estimated time to ensure that I would be satisfied with the results. The price was very fair and I would not hesitate to use AYOUB in the future.

I’m so happy!! Milo and Bryan came out and got pet stains out of our carpet that I had unsuccessfully tried to clean myself. It looks fantastic! The communication from Ayoub has been wonderful. They have been prompt and pleasant. I highly recommend Ayoub carpet service.

I had an incredible experience with Ayoub Carpet Cleaning. From scheduling the service, to the customer service I received while asking questions and adjusting my appointment, everyone was so kind! Today, Willie and his colleague were so professional and thorough during the service. They did an excellent job. I will absolutely be a return customer.

Happy to see same techs returning rugs that collected them. Courteous, careful, friendly.

2026-09-29T12:51:16.568Z

Edit: The rug was redelivered quickly and was cleaned with the stain removed. I am overall pleased.I had Ayoub pick up a large hand-knotted rug for cleaning. Service was fine. When the rug was delivered back to me after cleaning it had a small stain still on it. Since no one had contacted me about it I didn’t know if they had tried and failed to get it out or if they just missed it. The two delivery people took it back to the plant without complaint and hopefully it will get re-delivered without the stain. I didn’t get a photo of the stain before they took it back. The price I paid was reasonable for that size rug, but the rug wasn’t satisfactorily cleaned so it’s hard to say if it was reasonable or overpriced. I will try to update this review with the final results.

We had a great experience for carpet and LVP flooring installation. The sales rep, Fred, visited our home to discuss options and provided multiple samples to help with our selections. The installation team, Omar and Sergio, worked diligently and efficiently to transform the appearance of our basement! We are happy with the result.

Jamie and Hamilton so carefully placed my 3 cleaned rugs with such careful attention to detail. They ensured the area rugs were perfectly squared up and aligned on the floor! Much more service than I would expect from a carpet service and I’m impressed!

Excellent cleaning of about ten quality rugs this year, all varied and some valuable antiques. Easy, fast, polite service at the Dulles location. Thorough cleaning of accumulated wear and dirt, including pet stains, and great job repairing badly worn fringe on an old Killim from Azerbaijan. Nice showroom and impressive rug cleaning facility.
